Vendor & Exhibitor Setup/Teardown
- IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM A PREVIOUS COMMUNICATION – The city has informed us that vendors should NOT use the North entrance of the park as a vehicle entrance or exit. ALL vendor vehicles should enter and exit from the South entrance.
- Final map with vendor space assignments will be posted here on Sunday, Oct. 1, as will additional contact phone numbers of event staff to help you the day of the event
- SETUP is from 7-9:30 a.m. All vehicles need to be off the event footprint no later than 9:45 a.m. (9:30 a.m. would be better). If you need to arrive earlier, please notify Scott Long at (727) 331-4335. IMPORTANT – Do NOT attempt to set up on Friday night. There is a Movies in the Park event at the park that night and you will not have access.
- TEARDOWN begins at 5 p.m. (If you need to leave the event early, please note no vehicles are permitted on the event footprint until 5 p.m.)
- All vendors should enter and exit from the South entrance, as noted on the map below.
- Your space is just space – you’ll need to provide whatever you need for your space (tent, tables, chairs, etc.). Please note that city regulations are that tents must be secured by anchors, not stakes.
- Unless you requested power access on your registration, no power access is available
- Food vendors need a City of Safety Harbor Mobile Food Vendor permit
Parking
MUSICIANS/SPEAKERS: We have limited parking reserved for you near the entrance to the Pier. Parking passes will be emailed to you
VENDORS: No dedicated vendor parking is available, however vendors should find enough free parking in the small public lot at the North entrance of the park, free public brick parking spaces along Jefferson Street or in free public brick spaces in front of the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa, all of which are an easy walk to the North entrance of the park. DO NOT PARK in gated lots at the Spa or in marina spaces that are marked as reserved for marina slip renters.
